Harish Gowda urged youths to curb gadget dependence and adopt active pursuits.
Dr. Shushrutha Gowda, a neurologist and founder of Neurozone, emphasized that prevention outweighs cure, urging young people to balance work, studies and personal life, maintain a nutritious diet, exercise regularly and manage stress to avert lifestyle‑related diseases.
